Please Read The Rules
8 players maximum on the field per team at all times.
No stealing is allowed.
3 Innings per match, 3 outs per team
Every team will play a minimum of 3 games in order to qualify for playoffs. (This may vary between divisions)
Playoffs will be played in a single elimination style.
Outfielders can play from wherever on the field, however they can not play from in front of the pitcher. They must remain behind the pitcher until the ball is kicked.
Pegging is allowed but please be careful and mindful. Head shots are an automatic safe and runners gains an extra base.
Mercy rule is enforced if a team scores 8+ runs in one inning. Teams will switch sides if this happens.
When at the plate, 4 foul balls and you’re out. No strikes or balls.
Any ball caught by a fielder is an out.
Force outs apply for every base.
All kickers have the right to refuse any pitch that is too fast or bouncy.
Any ball kicked out of the area of play is an automatic home run.
When playing in the field, you are allowed to choose what you want to do with your 8th player. (This means you are required to have a pitcher, three basemen, three outfielders, and the last player can go wherever such as catcher, shortstop, outfielder or can even be a substitute).
Tagging up is required. (to tag up is for a baserunner to retouch or remain on their starting base (the time-of-pitch base) until (after) the ball either lands in fair territory or is first touched by a fielder. By rule, baserunners must tag up when a fly ball is caught in flight by a fielder.)
Runners are only allowed to advance one base if the ball is THROWN (not kicked) out of play. (Over the fence or beyond the marked area)
Referees reserve the right to eject/disqualify any player who displays unsportsmanlike conduct (i.e. excessive taunting/insults/vulgar language/arguing extensively with the referees)
In the event of a tie, the referee will present a coin toss, the most recent team to score a run will call the toss. They will either choose to kick or defend. The kicking team will get an automatic man (can be chosen by the team) on second and then are allowed two kicks to get him home. The defending team has to prevent them from scoring with the man on second. If they score, the kicking team wins, if they don’t, the defending team wins.
The most important rule. HAVE FUN!!
